Volunteer High School’s JROTC Rachael E. Barkley was recognized as TC-MAC Cadet of the Year by TC-MAC’s President Ernie Rumsby and LTC Dan Bishop of the ETSU ROTC Program.  Sullivan North JROTC Cadet Logan Shaffer was recognized by Major A.J. Cox, also of the ETSU ROTC Program.
